# Read an app's sampling and kill switch

> Each family's mode and rate, the on-device retention, and the kill switch: the owner's (`on`) and whether Apsio has the app stopped (`by_apsio`). Any member, from the console or an OAuth client; not a project token (D117). Rule names, trigger names and the switch's reason are under `untrusted`.
