# Delete your account (after a 7-day grace period)

> Schedules your account's erasure: your memberships and personal data (name, email, preferences) are deleted, and so is your account at the identity provider, after 7 days unless you cancel (sign in again within them). Organizations you are the only member of are deleted with it, their subscriptions ended now. Refused (409) while you are the only owner of an organization others belong to. Needs a sign-in under ten minutes old (`reauth_required`: sign in again with `/v1/auth/sign-in?reauth=1`) and your email as `confirm`. Signs you out.
